We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Service Agreements

Specific services may require separate written agreements that detail the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These service agreements supplement and incorporate these Terms of Service by reference.

4. User Obligations

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Corso Dynasty LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Property

For custom development work, intellectual property rights will be specified in individual service agreements. Typically:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets
• We retain the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses

Client-Provided Materials

You grant us a license to use materials you provide (logos, content, images) solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during our business relationship. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties for development work will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Corso Dynasty LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corso Dynasty LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Materials or information you provide to us

11. Termination

Termination by Client

You may terminate services according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Early termination may result in fees for work completed or costs incurred.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms or your service agreement
• Payment obligations are not met
• Your actions create risk or legal exposure for us
• Continuing the relationship is no longer commercially reasonable

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred through the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services, subject to payment of outstanding balances.

12. Property Management Specific Terms

Authority

By engaging our property management services, you grant us authority to act on your behalf in managing your property, including but not limited to tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial transactions within agreed parameters.

Responsibilities

• We will manage your property in accordance with applicable laws and our management agreement
• Property owners remain ultimately responsible for property-related decisions and legal compliance
• We are not liable for tenant actions or property damage beyond our reasonable control

Trust Accounts

Rental income and security deposits are held in trust accounts in accordance with state laws. Detailed accounting will be provided as specified in your management agreement.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or confidentiality breaches without first pursuing arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corso Dynasty LLC regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
